Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat, cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-API5 antibody NBP1-46223 (lot NBP1-46223-2) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. API5 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-46223-1) and another rabbit anti-API5 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated API5, NBP1-46223 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for API5 Antibody
