Western Blot: Complement Component C3aR Antibody [NBP2-15649] - Boiled HL-60 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Complement Component C3aR antibody (NBP2-15649) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
