Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing cytoplasmic and vesicle staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Primary incubation was 1 hour. IHC reported in scientific literature (PMID: 22570383). Use in ICC/IF reported in scientific literature (PMID: 30439403).
