Application Notes
ELISA: NBP1-05045 binds free D-dimer in solution. NBP1-05045 works as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA with biotinylated NBP1-05045 or NBP2-21616 as a detection antibody. Biotinylated NBP1-05045 works as a detection antibody in sandwich ELISA with NBP2-21616 or NBP1-05045 as a capture antibody. The combination with NBP1-05045 as a capture antibody and NBP2-23592 as a detection antibody is recommended.
WB: Due to reducing conditions in Western blotting NBP1-05045 binds the beta-chain (40kDa) of D-Dimer, and not the entire D-Dimer complex. Use in IHC-P reported in scientific literature (PMID:33480806)
