Scientific Data Images for DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7)
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]
Confocal imaging of TT cells and BxPC-3 (negative) cells using NBP3-57405 (dilution 1:200) followed by a further incubation with Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (dilution 1:500) (Red). The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb (dilution 1:400) followed by incubation with conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Ab (dilution 1:500) (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.Immunoprecipitation: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]
Immunoprecipitation of DLL3 from 300 µg extracts of TT cells was performed using 0.15 ug NBP3-57405. Rabbit Control IgG was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1x Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using NBP3-57405 at a dilution of 1:5000.Western Blot: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]
Western blot analysis of various lysates using NBP3-57405 at 1:5000 dilution incubated overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Negative control (NC): BxPC-3. Exposure time: 10 s.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human malignant melanoma tissue using NBP3-57405 at a dilution of 1:500 (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Tris-EDTA Buffer (pH 9.0) prior to IHC staining.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human pancreatic cancer tissue using NBP3-57405 at a dilution of 1:500 (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Tris-EDTA Buffer (pH 9.0) prior to IHC staining.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human small cell lung cancer tissue using NBP3-57405 at a dilution of 1:500 (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Tris-EDTA Buffer (pH 9.0) prior to IHC staining.Applications for DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7)
