Western Blot: EML4 Antibody [NBP1-05973]
Western Blot: EML4 Antibody [NBP1-05973] - Detection of Human EML4 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50, 15 ug) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EML4 antibody NBP1-05973 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: EML4 Antibody [NBP1-05973]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: EML4 Antibody [NBP1-05973] - FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EML4 used at a dilution of1:1000 (0.2ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: EML4 Antibody [NBP1-05973]
Immunoprecipitation: EML4 Antibody [NBP1-05973] - Detection of human EML4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EML4 antibody NBP1-05973 (lot NBP1-05973-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. EML4 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-05973-1) and rabbit anti-EML4 antibody NBP1-05974. For blotting immunoprecipitated EML4, NBP1-05973 was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for EML4 Antibody
