Application: Immunohistochemistry-ParaffinSample Tested: OviductSpecies: HorseVerified Customer | Posted 11/27/2023Estrogen receptor alpha immunoreactivity in horse oviduct. NB100-81909 did not produce any labeling in sections known to be ERa positive.NB100-81909 was left on tissue sections for 30m at room temperature and was diluted up to 2ug per mL. Two different buffers for heat-induced epitope retrieval were also tested. Longer incubation times and higher concentrations were not tested due to finding nonspecific labeling of smooth muscle and other tissue elements.Bio-Techne ResponseThis review was submitted through the legacy Novus Innovators Program, reflecting a new species or application tested on a primary antibody.
