Application Notes
For IHC-Paraffin, HIER pH 6 retrieval is recommended. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence Fixation Permeabilization: Use PFA/Triton X-100.
In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point.
