Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: GAD65/67 Antibody (L127/12) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-52355]
Representative section of formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded rat brain cerebellum stained with NBP3-52354 (the BSA Free version of this antibody) (green) at 1:100 dilution. DAPI (blue) shows cell nuclei. This antibody stains neuropil granules identifying GABAergic synapses, Purkinje cell bodies, and the synaptic terminal of GABAergic interneurons in the molecular layer of the cerebellum. Magnification 100X.Western Blot: GAD65/67 Antibody (L127/12) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-52355]
Western blotting of rat brain homogenate with GAD65/67 mouse monoclonal antibody (A) and NBP3-52354 (the BSA Free version of this antibody) (B). The mouse monoclonal antibody and chicken monoclonal antibody were detected with anti-mouse-HRP and anti-chicken-HRP, respectively. The chicken monoclonal antibody recognizes endogenous GAD65/67 with similar sensitivity as the mouse monoclonal antibodyin the rat brain homogenate at ~65-67 kDa.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: GAD65/67 Antibody (L127/12) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-52355]
