Scientific Data Images for Human Desmoglein-3 Antibody (216519)
Detection of Human Desmoglein‑3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human skin cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Desmoglein-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1720) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Desmoglein-3 at approximately 130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Desmoglein‑3 in Human Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
Desmoglein-3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human squamous cell carcinoma using Mouse Anti-Human Desmoglein-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1720) at 8 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membranes of keratinocytes.
