Western Blot: ID3 Antibody (2B11) [NB500-112] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Id3 antibody [2B11] diluted at 1:1000. Q: Can this antibody (2B11) be applied for mouse IHC-P?
A:
For our ID3 antibody NB500-112, we have not yet tested this antibody in IHC. It has only been validated for detection of the human and mouse protein in western blot, ICC, and IP. If you did want to try this product in IHC with mouse samples, this would also be covered by our Innovator's Reward Program.
