Scientific Data Images for Inhibitor of Apoptosis (IAP) Antibody Pack
Detection of cIAP-1 in Transfected, HepG2, Jurkate and A431 lysates by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected, transfected with full length human cIAP-1, or transfected with full length human cIAP-2, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human cIAP-1/HIAP-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB818) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for cIAP-1/HIAP-2 at approximately 72 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.Detection of cIAP2 in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma by Immunohistochemistry.
cIAP2 staining in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC).Detection of Survivin in Human Esophagus Squamous Cell Carcinoma by Dual RNAscope ISH-IHC.
Dual RNAscope ISH-IHC: Survivin Antibody [NB500-201] - Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections of human esophagus squamous cell carcinoma were probed for Survivin mRNA (ACD RNAScope Probe, [465361]; Fast Red chromogen, ACD [322360]). Adjacent tissue section was processed for immunohistochemistry using rabbit polyclonal [NB500-201] at 1.5ug/mL with overnight incubation at 4 degrees Celsius followed by incubation with anti-rabbit IgG VisUCyte HRP Polymer Antibody [VC003] and DAB chromogen (yellow-brown). Tissue was counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to tumor cells.Western Blot Shows Human XIAP Antibody Specificity by Using Knockout Cell Line.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and XIAP knockout HeLa cell line (KO). PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat XIAP Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8221) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for XIAP at approximately 52 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in knockout HeLa cell line. GAPDH (Catalog # AF5718) is shown as a loading control. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of NAIP in HEK293 Transfectants and Human Brain (Cerebellum) by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human NAIP and human brain (cerebellum) tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human NAIP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB829) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for NAIP at approximately 160 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.Kit Contents for Inhibitor of Apoptosis (IAP) Antibody Pack
