FAQs for KIF22 Antibody - BSA Free
-
Q: Our lab is planning to purchase the product KIF22 Antibody (NBP1-82876) from your company and I'm wondering if the protocol you provide online (ICC protocol) is what you used for that antibody? Is there any specific attention we should pay in order to use this protocol for immunofluorescence with KIF22 Antibody (NBP1-82876)? Thanks a lot!
A:
Our lab did not use any customized protocol for the validation of this antibody and the only special recommendation would be about fixation using PFA and permeabilization by Triton X-100. This antibody should work for ICC-IF at a working concentration of 1-4 ug/ml. Please see our commonly used ICC-IF protocol. Novus Biologicals stand by the quality of its products and all of our products are 100% guaranteed. We are always there to help in case you face any trouble in generating your desired outcome out of the use of our products.
