p130Cas associates with Lmo7 in HeLa cells and MEFs.(A) HeLa cells that transiently expressed Myc-tagged p130Cas were immunoprecipitated with Myc antibodies and immunoblotted for endogenous Lmo7. (B, C) HeLa cells or MEFs were plated on fibronectin-coated coverslips two hours, fixed and double-stained by indirect immunofluorescence for endogenous Lmo7 (green) and endogenous p130Cas (red), then imaged by epifluorescence (B) or TIRF microscopy (C).
