B7-H2, also called B7RP-1 and ICOSL, is a 60 kDa member of the B7 family of immune costimulatory proteins. It is expressed on resting B cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, alveolar epithelial cells, and placental trophoblasts. B7-H2 interactions with ICOS promote lymphocyte differentiation and activation. Within the ECD, mouse B7-H2 shares 49% and 70% aa sequence identity with human and rat B7-H2, respectively.

Detection of B7‑H2 in A20 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line was stained with Mouse B7-H2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB158, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB005, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B).B7‑H2 in Mouse Splenocytes.
B7-H2 was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using Rat Anti-Mouse B7-H2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB158) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Applications for Mouse B7-H2 Antibody (599841)
