WB: Approx. 19 kDa band observed in human brain (frontal cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 19.7 kDa band according to NP_002428.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human liver shows heavy textured cystoplasm staining in hepatocytes, consistent with mitochondia.
