Detection of Raptor in 293 and NIH3T3 lysates by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human 293 and mouse NIH3T3 lysate. Raptor was detected by Rabbit Anti-Human Raptor Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-24837) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.Detection of Rictor in HeLa by Flow Cytometry.
An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with Rictor Antibody (7B3) NBP1-51645PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Phycoerythrin.Detection of G beta L (GBL) in Human Prostate by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P).
G beta L was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate using Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat G beta L Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4004) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to neuronal cell bodies. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.Detection of Phospho-TOR (S2448) in Camptothecin (CPT) treated MCF-7 lysate by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line treated (+) with 1 µM Camptothecin (CPT) for 5 hours. PVDF membrane was treated (+) or untreated (-) with 300 U/mL CIP for 1 hour and probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human Phospho-TOR (S2448) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1665) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Phospho-TOR (S2448) at approximately 280 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of DEPTOR/DEPDC6 in Human and Mouse Liver by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of (A) human liver and (B) mouse liver. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human DEPTOR/DEPDC6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-49674) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.Kit Contents for mTOR Pathway Antibody Pack
