Western Blot: MYO1H Antibody [NBP2-26205]
Western Blot: MYO1H Antibody [NBP2-26205] - Staining of NIH3T3 lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MYO1H Antibody [NBP2-26205]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MYO1H Antibody [NBP2-26205] - (5ug/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.Applications for MYO1H Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
5 ug/ml
Peptide ELISA
Detection limit 1:128000
Western Blot
0.1-0.3 ug/ml
Application Notes
WB: Approx. 110 kDa band observed in NIH3T3 lysates (calculated MW of 118 kDa band according to NP_001158045.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat and Pig Skeletal Muscle for this particular batch.
