Scientific Data Images for Orc2 Antibody
Western Blot: Orc2 Antibody [NBP1-46176]
Western Blot: Orc2 Antibody [NBP1-46176] - Detection of human ORC2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HEK293T (T; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ORC2 antibody NBP1-46176 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 0.4 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. ORC2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ORC2 antibody NBP1-46175, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).Immunohistochemistry: Orc2 Antibody [NBP1-46176]
Immunohistochemistry: Orc2 Antibody [NBP1-46176] - Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ORC2 used at a dilution of 1:200 (1ug/ml) Detection: DAB staining using Immunohistochemistry Accessory Kit.Applications for Orc2 Antibody
