Scientific Data Images for Rat SIRP alpha /CD172a Antibody
Detection of Rat SIRP alpha /CD172a by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line and rat brain tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Rat SIRPa/CD172a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7307) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for SIRPa/CD172a at approximately 75-140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Adhesion Induced by SIRP alpha / CD172a and Neutralization by Rat SIRP alpha /CD172a Antibody.
Recombinant Rat SIRPa/CD172a (Catalog # 7307-SA) supports the adhesion in mouse red blood cells in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Adhesion elicited by Recombinant Rat SIRPa/CD172a (6 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Rat SIRPa/CD172a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7307). The ND50 is typically 0.04-0.16 µg/mL.
Detection of SIRP alpha /CD172a in PC‑12 Rat Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Rat SIRPa/CD172a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7307, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0041, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B).
