Western Blot Shows Human SHIP Specificity Using Knockout Cell Line.
Western blot shows lysates of iPSC-derived microglia and SHIP knockout iPSC-derived microglia (KO). Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with SHIP Antibody (SHIP-01) - BSA Free (Catalog # NB110-81538) followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for SHIP at approximately 135 kDa (as indicated) in the parental iPSC-derived microglia cell line, but is not detectable in knockout iPSC-derived microglia cell line. Primary antibody dilution used: 1/1000. The Ponceau stained transfer of the blot is shown. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
