    Hela cells treated with control siRNA or SNRK siRNA for 48 hours as highlighted in the figure. cell lysates collected and 25 ug loaded for each sample (see figure) onto NuPage precast gradient gel. Antibody was used at 1/500 concentration.
    also used in IF, to date unsure whether specific, but does recognise over expressed SNRK.
