Immunoprecipitation: UHRF1 Antibody [NB100-74597] - Detection of human NP95/UHRF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NP95/UHRF1 antibody NB100-74597 (lot NB100-74597-3) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. NP95/UHRF1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-74597-2). For blotting immunoprecipitated NP95/UHRF1, NB100-74597 was used at 0.1 ug/ml.
