DIVAA FITC-Lectin and Buffer is provided as an angiogenesis quantification reagent for the Directed In Vivo Angiogenesis Assay (DIVAA).

Why Use 200X FITC Lectin & Diluent?

DIVAA FITC-Lectin is provided as a stock solution at 200X concentration.  Fluorescence labeled Griffonia Simplicifolia Lectin I binds to alpha-D-galactosyl and N-acetyl galactosaminyl groups on the surface of endothelial cells. Cultrex DIVAA FITC-Lectin is provided with the optimal buffer for endothelial cell binding for the Directed In Vivo Angiogenesis Assay (DIVAA).
