Western Blot: Aiolos/IKZF3 AntibodyBSA Free [NBP2-24495]
Western Blot: Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody [NBP2-24495] - Total protein from Jurkat cells and human tonsil was separated on a 12% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/mL anti-IkZF3 in blocking buffer and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody - BSA Free [NBP2-24495]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody [NBP2-24495] - IKZF3 antibody was tested in Jurkat cells at a 1:40 dilution against DyLight 488 (Green). Alpha tubulin and nuclei were counterstained against DyLight 568 (Red) and DAPI (Blue), respectively.Western Blot: Aiolos/IKZF3 AntibodyBSA Free [NBP2-24495]
Western Blot: Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody [NBP2-24495] - Analysis of IKZF3 in human spleen lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide using this antibody at 0.25 ug/mL.Western Blot: Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody - BSA Free [NBP2-24495] -
LEN treatment decreased CK1-alpha levels in hTERT-hMSCshTERT-hMSCs were seeded in T75 flasks and cultured in RPMI 10% FBS, in presence of LEN (0.1 and 1 μM) or DMSO, for 5 days. At the end of culture period, cell pellets were collected and analyzed by Western Blotting for Cereblon (A), Ikaros (B), Aiolos (B), IRF4 (B), CK1-alpha (C) and p62 (D). beta -actin was used as internal control. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28881793), licensed under a CC-BY license. Not internally tested by Novus Biologicals.Applications for Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody - BSA Free
