For ICC/IF: Permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended. Centrifuge tube to remove product from lid. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Prepare working dilution immediately before use.Likely to work with frozen sections. IHC was reported in scientific literature (PMID: 22350525). The ASPM gene is the human ortholog of the Drosophila melanogaster 'abnormal spindle' gene (asp), which is essential for normal mitotic spindle function in embryonic neuroblasts (Bond et al., 2002). The mouse gene Aspm is expressed specifically in the primary sites of prenatal cerebral cortical neurogenesis.[supplied by OMIM]
