For ICC/IF: Permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended. Centrifuge tube to remove product from lid. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Prepare working dilution immediately before use.Likely to work with frozen sections. IHC was reported in scientific literature (PMID: 22350525). Use in IHC-P reported in scientific literature (PMID: 30092011).
