Formaldehyde-Fixed Cells: permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended. Likely to work with frozen sections. IHC was reported in scientific literature (PMID: 23649868). Antibody has been tested for Western Blots on numerous occasions and has not been successfully used.
