Autocamtide-2-related inhibitory peptide is a selective and potent calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaM kinase II) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 40 nM). Selective over PKC, PKA and CaM kinase IV (IC₅₀ > 10 μM).
