Application Notes
ELISA: Use Ab at 2-4ug/ml for coating. Order Ab without BSA.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed): 1-2ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.

Q: I would like to know whether the following antibody can be used for flow cytometric analysis using living, non-permeablized cells.
A: Since the immunogen for raising this antibody was recombinant human CDH16 protein (full-length) and we don't map the epitopes of any antibody, we don't know where the antibody binds to in the human CDH16. This protein is a transmembrane protein. If wanting to use with the living cells with NBP2-45157, the epitope has to be located in the extracellular cell surface. Furthermore, this antibody contains 0.05% Sodium Azide, which is a toxin to the life cells. Therefore we would not recommend you to use NBP2-45157 with any living cells.
