FAQs for Carboxypeptidase A1/CPA1 Antibody (OTI2A3)

Showing  1 - 1 of 1 FAQ Showing All
  • Q: I would like to know if anybody has tried to use this anti-Carboxypeptidase A antibody (NBP1-47704) for immunohistochemistry in mouse tissues?

A: This antibody has never been tested by our lab or reported to us by a customer for staining of mouse tissues. The most likely reason for this isn't necessarily the sequence homology, but due to the fact that this is a mouse monoclonal antibody staining on tissues of the same host can be problematic because non-specific binding of the secondary could cause high background and make interpretation of your samples difficult.
