Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CCDC5 Antibody - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-49164] - Immunofluorescence staining of CCDC5 in U2OS cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP3-49164 (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Western Blot: CCDC5 Antibody - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-49164] - Lane A: HL60 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane B: U937 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane C: MOLT4 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane D: Daudi Whole Cell Lysate Lysates/proteins at 30 ug per lane using NBP3-49164 at 1:500 dilution. Secondary: HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/10000 dilution.
