Application Notes
The antibody is useful for detection of MCP-1 by Western blot. Furthermore it can be used in immunoassays. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. Although not tested this antibody may be useful in immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections. Use in Immunohistochemistry-Frozen reported in scientific literature (PMID: 26413869)
