Coating Substrates for NSCs

Solid support to aid in the attachment of neural cells to culture dishes and coverslips.

Product Summary

Neural stem cell growth and attachment in culture are facilitated by the addition of coating substrates such as Fibronectin and Poly-L-Lysine. Fibronectin plays important roles in normal morphogenesis, including processes such as cell adhesion, migration, gene expression and neural stem cell survival. The amino acid polymer, Poly-L-Lysine, is commonly used as a coating substrate for a variety of cell types including neural stem cells.

Features

  • Facilitates neural stem cell adherence to culture dishes
  • Promotes neural stem cell expansion in vitro
