Sample: Mock and treated HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Chk2 (phospho Thr68) stained by Chk2 (phospho Thr68) antibody (NBP3-13076) diluted at 1:500. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (NBP2-43837) diluted at 1:500. Scale bar= 10 um.

Knockout Validated: Chk2 [p Thr68] Antibody [NBP3-13076] - Wild-type (WT) and Chk2 (phospho Thr68) knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Chk2 (phospho Thr68) antibody (NBP3-13076) diluted at 1:500.
