Western Blot: APOJ / Clusterin Antibody (CLI-9) [NBP1-97521] - APOJ / Clusterin Antibody (CLI-9) Detection of natural human Clusterin and FLAG-tagged overexpressed Clusterin in transfected HEK 293T cells. Method: Endogenous human Clusterin and recombinant FLAG-tagged Clusterin from cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with a 1:2000 dilution of the CL1-9 antibody on the left or with an anti-FLAG epitope-tag antibody on the right. Proteins were visualized using an HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system.Applications for Clusterin/APOJ Antibody (CLI-9) - BSA Free
