Q: I can't find the recommended dilutions of NBP1-05118 to do Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Western Blot in your datasheet. Please tell me, thank you.
A: We recommend starting dilutions of: WB, 1:1000-1:2000 and IHC 1:100-1:200. The antibody should be less diluted in IHC-P than IHC-F as the epitope is harder to find in IHC-P. These are recommended dilutions and you should optimize these in order to get the best result.
