By IHC this antibody detected detected CYP1B1 in biopsy samples of cancers of the bladder, brain, breast, colon, connective tissue, esophagus, kidney, lung, lymph node, ovary, skin, stomach, testis and uterus, but not normal cells. Positive control(s): IHC: formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded ovarian cancer sections; Western Blot: Recombinant human CYP1B1 expressed in lymphoblast microsomes.
