Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with delta Opioid R/OPRD1 antibody [HL2724] (NBP3-48725) diluted at 1:2000 and competitor's antibody (Highly Cited Antibody) diluted at 1:2000.
