Product Specifications
Immunogen
Plastic adherent porcine peripheral blood lymphocytes
Specificity
NB100-64612 recognizes an antigen expressed by most endothelial cells in the pig. Expression is strongest upon intestinal endothelial cells, and staining is also seen upon endothelial cells in the lung, colon, trachea, thymus, lymph nodes, kidney and skin. In blood vessels MIL11 stains venous endothelial cells but not arterial endothelial cells.
