Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ENPP-1 Antibody [NBP2-38945] - Staining of human placenta shows cytoplasmic positivity in stromal cells.Western Blot: Rabbit Polyclonal ENPP-1 Antibody [NBP2-38945]
Western Blot: Rabbit Polyclonal ENPP-1 Antibody [NBP2-38945] - Western Blot on human valvular intersticial cell samples. Experiment used precast gel, migration at 190 V and a High weight transfer with the transblot. Then the membrane was blocked with BSA 5% for 1 hour and incubated overnight with ENPP-1 Antibody at 1/1000. The next day, after 3 washing we incubated the membrane with anti-rabbit at 1/1000 for 1h at room temperature. After 2 washing we imaged at 800nm. So, we used precast gel, migration at 190 V and a High weight transfer with the transblot. Then we blocked the membrane with BSA 5% for 1 hour and incubated overnight with the antibody at 1/1000. The next day, after 3 washing we incubated the membrane with anti-rabbit at 1/1000 for 1h at room temperature.
