Western Blot: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody (6A12) [NB200-303] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Estrogen Receptor beta antibody [6A12].
