Scientific Data Images for ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody
Western Blot: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody [NB120-3577]
Western Blot: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody [NB120-3577] - Western blot analysis was performed on nuclear enriched extracts (30 ug lysate) of LNCap (Lane 1), PC-3 (Lane 2), MCF-7 (Lane 3), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 4), T-47D (Lane 5) and HeLa (Lane 6). The blots were probed with an anti-rabbit polyclonal ER beta/NR3A2 antibody [NB120-3577] at 1 ug/mL and detected by chemiluminescence using an HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at 0.4 ug/mL. A 60 kDa band corresponding to Estrogen Receptor beta was observed across the cell lines tested. Known quantity of protein samples were electrophoresed using a 10% Bis-Tris gel. Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was probed with the relevant primary and secondary antibody following blocking with 5% skim milk. Chemiluminescent detection was performed.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody [NB120-3577]
