Western Blot: Fatty Acid Synthase/FASN Antibody (325) [NBP2-43822] - Unstimulatd and stimulatd 3T3-L1 whole cell extracts (20 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Fatty Acid Synthase/FASN antibody [GT325] (NBP2-43822) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
