Application: Immunohistochemistry-ParaffinSample Tested: Skin tissueSpecies: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 02/27/2020Filaggrin was detected in reconstructed human epidermis paraffin tissues using the anti-filaggrin antibody (1:100 dilution). Citrate was used as antigen retrieval reagent (30 min) and antibody was incubated overnight at 4°C. As expected, filaggrin was detected in the upper layers of the skin.
