Western Blot: FUS Antibody [NB100-562]
Western Blot: FUS Antibody [NB100-562] - Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney parental cell line and FUS knockout (KO) HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 of Rabbit Anti-Human FUS Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-562) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF008). Specific band was detected for FUS at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HEK293 celll line, but is not detectable in the knockout HEK293 cell line. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.Western Blot: FUS Antibody [NB100-562]
Western Blot: FUS Antibody [NB100-562] - Detection of human FUS by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), HEK293T (T; 50 ug) and Jurkat (J; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FUS antibody NB100-562 (lot NB100-562-2) used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. FUS was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (lot NB100-562-1) of this antibody. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: FUS Antibody [NB100-562]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: FUS Antibody [NB100-562] - Section of human breast carcinoma (left) and mouse teratoma (right). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FUS used at a dilution of 1:5,000 (0.2ug/ml) and 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABApplications for FUS Antibody - BSA Free
