Western Blot: FXR/NR1H4 Antibody (4F12) [NBP2-46221] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NR1H4 (RC217443, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed.
