WB: Preliminary testing showed a band at approx 55kDa in Human Kidney, Colon, Duodenum and Ileum lysate after 0.5ug/ml antibody staining (calculated MW of 54.4kDa according to NP_005114.1). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
