Immunocytochemistry /Immunofluorescence: GM2 Ganglioside Antibody (KM966) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43552] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed MCF7 cells stained with NBP3-43552 (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-43552, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody (NBP2-52638) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
