Scientific Data Images for Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) - BSA Free
Western Blot: Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) [NBP2-59269]
Western Blot: Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) [NBP2-59269] - Whole cell extracts from HeLa cells (25 ug) were analyzed using the antibody against HDAC2 diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk. The position of the protein of interest is indicated on the right (expected size: 55 kDa); the marker (kDa) is shown on the left.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) [NBP2-59269]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) [NBP2-59269] - HeLa cells were stained with the antibody (left) diluted 1:500 in blocking solution followed by an anti-mouse antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor 594. The middle panel shows staining of the nuclei with DAPI. A merge of the two stainings is shown on the right.
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) [NBP2-59269] - ChIP assays were performed using human HeLa cells, the antibody consisting of 1, 2 and 5 ug per ChIP experiment was analyzed. IgG (2 ug/IP) was used as negative IP control. QPCR was performed with primers for the ACTB, EIF4A2 and LMO4 genes, used as positive controls, and for the Sat2 satellite repeat, used as negative control. Figure shows the recovery, expressed as a % of input (the relative amount of immunoprecipitated DNA compared to input DNA after qPCR analysis).
Western Blot: Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) [NBP2-59269]
Western Blot: Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) [NBP2-59269] - Whole cell extracts (40 ug) from HeLa cells transfected with HDAC2 siRNA (lane 2) and from an untransfected control (lane 1) were analyzed using the antibody against HDAC2 diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk. The position of the protein of interest is indicated on the right (expected size: 55 kDa); the marker (kDa) is shown on the left.Applications for Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (C.15200201) - BSA Free
