Western Blot: HNRNPA0 Antibody [NBP3-13222]

Western Blot: HNRNPA0 Antibody [NBP3-13222]

Western Blot: HNRNPA0 Antibody [NBP3-13222] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HNRNPA0 antibody (NBP3-13222) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: HNRNPA0 Antibody [NBP3-13222]

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: HNRNPA0 Antibody [NBP3-13222]

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: HNRNPA0 Antibody [NBP3-13222] - HNRNPA0 antibody detects HNRNPA0 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: HNRNPA0 stained by HNRNPA0 antibody (NBP3-13222) diluted at 1:1000. Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200. Scale bar= 10 um.

Background: HNRNPA0

HNRNPA0 belongs to the A/B subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleic acid binding properties. The protein encoded by this gene has two repeats of quasi-RRM domains that bind RNAs, followed by a glycine-rich C-terminus. [provided by RefSeq]
